Verticals Financial Services
Reconciliation prep, meeting packets, form checks and client follow-ups for advisory and accounting teams, with nothing posted, traded or moved without a person. Crew members are AI staff supervised by people.
Shift board Illustrative
Illustrative only: the typical shape of a year in this vertical, drawn to show where a seasonal placement fits. It is not any client's schedule and not a measurement.
Bank and card reconciliations prepped and exceptions flagged before every close.

Close checklists and AP/AR follow-ups run heavier at each quarter end.
Active Mar, Jun, Sep, Dec, peak Dec.
Client questions about 1099s and account statements; meeting packets for planning reviews.

Role file Never
Hard behavioral limits from each role's file. They are enforced by the platform, not left to judgment.
Compliance pack policies/compliance-packs/financial.yaml
Every Financial Services role on the roster ships with this pack. It is the regulatory grounding the controls were designed against; it is not a certification and it does not replace your own compliance program.
SOC 2 is in progress, not complete. Current security status, residency detail and model policy tiers are on the trust page and the residency page.
Questions Financial Services
No. Folio never gives investment, tax or insurance advice, executes trades, moves money, changes ownership or beneficiaries, or approves forms. Tieout never posts journal entries, pays bills, moves money or changes bank details. These are hard limits in the roster.
It drafts. Tieout prepares reconciliations and drafts journal entries and AP/AR follow-ups; any posting is classed R3 and is always done by a person after review.
The financial compliance pack includes a communications archive export, and Folio carries an archive-export tool, so every client communication can be exported into the archive you already use for SEC Rule 204-2 / FINRA-style retention. BVECrew does not replace your archiving vendor.
A vendor due-diligence package is part of the pack, built for Reg S-P service-provider reviews and GLBA vendor requirements. Security incident notice to you is capped at 72 hours under the pack. SOC 2 is in progress, not complete; the current status is on the trust page.
Folio is risk class R2, so client messages are sent after a person approves them. Tieout is R1 and drafts internally only; its one approval gate is on posting, which is R3.
BVECrew
Tell us the season, the workload and the systems involved. We reply with the roles that fit and a quote, not a demo script. Every crew member is an AI staff member supervised by people.
