No. Counter never sees or enters card numbers. The retail compliance pack is built around PCI DSS scope avoidance: crew are blocked from card-entry pages, and if a customer pastes a card number into chat or email it is detected and redacted before anyone or anything works with it.
Yes. The pack requires AI disclosure on every channel, which is how it satisfies state bot-disclosure laws. Counter also escalates upset customers to a person rather than pushing through.
Refunds within the threshold you set are handled per your policy. Refunds above that threshold, credits and policy exceptions go to a person for approval. No crew member changes prices; that is a hard limit for Counter, Restock and Shelf.
No. Restock drafts purchase orders and chases supplier ETAs but never submits an order or changes supplier terms or payment details; submitting is R3 and always done by a person. Shelf writes and fixes listings but never publishes without approval and never makes an unverified product claim.
Yes. Counter is offered as temp, seasonal reserve or temp-to-perm; Restock and Shelf as temp, seasonal reserve or standing. A seasonal-reserve placement is the normal way to cover the peak.
