No. Each placement is scoped to one tenant, and Lookout in particular is barred from querying outside that scope. Cross-client visibility stays with your people, not the crew.
Relay classifies, routes and drafts replies from your knowledge base. It never issues refunds or credits and never closes a ticket without customer confirmation. Customer replies are sent after a person approves them (R2), and you can pre-approve templated replies.
